Booking Policy

  • Online Reservations: Please book your table directly on our website or via DishCult. We do not accept reservations over the phone or via Instagram.
  • Large Group Bookings: If you plan to make a booking for a party of 8 or more people, please reach out to the restaurant directly. 
  • Modifying Your Booking: Should you need to make changes to your reservation, please do this directly via the ‘Reservation Confirmation’ email that you receive from ResDiary. Simply click on the ‘Edit Booking’ option to make any amendments. Please do NOT email to request changes to your booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us by midday the day before your scheduled booking. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £10 per person, excluding extraordinary circumstances.
  • Credit/Debit Card Details: To secure your booking, we require mandatory credit/debit card details. If you fail to respond to the email from ResDiary requesting your bank details within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • Reservation Hold Time: We will hold your table reservation for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you anticipate a delay, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so that we may make necessary arrangements.
