BOOKINGS AT PASTAN

If you need to make changes to your booking, you must do so via the Reservation Confirmation email you will have received from ResDiary. Simply press ‘Edit Booking’ to make any amendments. Please do NOT email us regarding booking changes.

Please email your request to the restaurant directly with the date, time and number of people you’d like to make the booking for.

Yes, we are dog-friendly as long as the dog is well-behaved.

Yes, we offer gluten-free options and many dishes on our menu are nut-free. However, we cannot accommodate serious nut allergies as we are unable to guarantee that the kitchen / restaurant isn’t completely free from traces of nuts.

Please head directly to the booking page of the restaurant and find the contact details to notify us of any delay. We will hold all bookings for 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time, unless we are aware you’re on your way.

All bookings are 90 mins unless otherwise requested.

Pastan Bristol is equipped with a ramp for wheelchair access and has an accessible toilet.

Pastan Manchester and Pastan Barbican also have a ramp for wheelchair access, but the toilets there are not wheelchair accessible unfortunately.

Pastan Barcelona is equipped with a ramp for wheelchair access, however, the toilets are not wheelchair accessible.

All our fresh handmade vegan pasta is crafted in the UK with premium ingredients.

Not all, but sourcing organic ingredients is one of our major priorities for 2021.

Our Durum wheat is sourced in the UK and its production is carbon negative. All our vegetables are sourced within 50 miles from London.

Semolina flour is the “white powder” used, allowing the fresh pasta not to stick together.

Yes, all the dishes and drinks on our menu are 100% plant-based.

Yes, our HPE packaging is recyclable by 94.6% of UK councils and 100 % in London.

All our vegan pasta can be kept chilled at least 72 hours after being delivered and can be frozen up to 3 months.

From frozen, plunge the vegan pasta in boiling salted water for 5 mins, 4 mins from chilled. Please refer to our website for cooking tips and serving suggestions.

Our pasta is packaged in cardboard delivery boxes. We try our best to reduce packaging, and packaging to insulate and maintain freshness of our food whilst in transit can vary.

We do not work with any third-party delivery apps or services. However, if you wish to order takeout, you can do so by directly calling the restaurant where you’d like to place your order and then collect the pasta at the restaurant
