Pastan opens in Barcelona

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Pastan Barcelona in the lively district of Gracia!

Barcelona, renowned for its vibrant culture, architectural marvels, and exquisite cuisine, has long been a magnet for food enthusiasts from around the globe which made it the perfect location to open our latest venture. Nestled in the vibrant and trendy district of Gracia, our new plant-based pasta restaurant has quickly become a must-visit destination for discerning food lovers looking to enjoy 100% plant-based deliciousness.

Pastan Barcelona’s inception was driven by a desire to push the boundaries of taste and challenge traditional norms, while honoring the vibrant food culture of Barcelona. We’re on a mission to spread plant-based joy and demonstrate that you don’t need to sacrifice flavour or enjoyment when you eat food that respects the planet.

Co-founder Jerome Ibanez and our dedicated team, including Juan Pablo Socino (Managing Director, Spain) and Carola Castellani (Partner), brought their shared vision to life in the heart of Gracia.

“Gracia is not only a trendy neighbourhood that has gained popularity in recent years, but it’s also a place that attracts those seeking something ‘beyond the conventional’ which perfectly aligns with our own ethos.” Juan Pablo, Managing Director.

As you step into Pastan Barcelona, prepare to soak in an ambience that seamlessly blends an intimate ambience with warm hospitality. Our menu at Pastan Barcelona features a variety of signature creations that celebrate the fusion of local and international flavours. Drawing inspiration from Barcelona’s rich culinary heritage, we bring our own unique touch to create signature dishes that showcase the best of both worlds.
